(FeaturedHeadlines.com) Democratic Congressman Jerry Nadler accepted $1,000 in campaign donations from a far-left domestic terrorist, Susan Rosenberg, who, according to the FBI, was involved in a plot to “overthrow” the United States government.
Rosenberg faced domestic terrorism charges back in 1985 for being a part of the far-left terror outfit, May 19th Communist Organization, which orchestrated many terror plots in the 1970s and 80s.
Nadler received these donations just five months after the January 6 Congress attacks, which he believed was an effort of “right wing extremists” who wanted to overthrow the elected government.
Other Democrats who received donations from Rosenberg include progressive lawmakers like AOC, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, Ilhan Omar, and Summer Lee.
None of these lawmakers highlighted Rosenberg’s highly controversial past despite their repeated attempts to slam former President Donald Trump for January 6 attacks.
Rosenberg was found with automated weapons and hundreds of pounds of dynamite, which urged the court to imprison her for 58 years.
Her domestic terrorism efforts did not end there. She was involved in supplying weapons for politically-motivated killings and the infamous 1983 Capitol bombing in which she allegedly tried to kill Republican Senators.
Not to mention that she also faced charges for bombing other government buildings and helping a convicted murderer, Assata Shakur, flee jail back in 1979.
In 2001, Rosenberg saw her punishment cut short by 42 years after Nadler helped her get a presidential pardon from former president Bill Clinton. She was released after serving only 16 years in jail.
At the time, Clinton attracted intense backlash for pardoning Rosenberg, whose actions were well and truly suggesting an insurgency against the United States. Current Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani criticized Clinton on the pardon which was given to Rosenberg on the last day of Clinton’s second presidential term.
Nadler, who often criticized what he labeled “white nationalism”, has previously called Antifa-sponsored far-left riots a “myth.”
